Our Breakfast
Your stay includes a homemade breakfast with freshly ground coffee, teas, fruit juices, and fresh fruit. Our set menu includes homemade waffles, Southern biscuits, omelets, baked eggs, and Canadian ham, sausage, or bacon.
In season, we often serve our famous Darien Shrimp Delight! It is our take on eggs Benedict with a fresh shrimp cake coated in panko bread crumbs replacing the English muffins. It is topped with a poached egg and homemade hollandaise!
